Infuse ONE tea bag in a cup of hot water and allow to steep 1-2 minutes. Drink ONE cup once or twice daily. The dosage strength of the tea can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the steeping time in hot water. Recommended to have a shorter steeping time for first time drinker.
